With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the senior care industry, Lindsay has held leadership roles from Executive Director to Business Office Manager at top assisted living facilities. She built a loyal following with her boutique business, Carefree Concierge, and is recognized for her expertise in care navigation, operations, and supporting families through complex transitions. Lindsay’s passion for compassionate, personalized care is at the heart of The Geras Group’s mission to provide holistic, trusted solutions for seniors and their loved ones.

Vice President
Lisa brings 28 years of expertise in legal, title, escrow, and real estate, with specialized knowledge in estate and probate law. Her professional background is complemented by a personal commitment—driven by her experience managing her parents’ final affairs—to help families navigate every step of aging and planning with confidence. Lisa oversees service development, client relations, and strategic partnerships, ensuring that every client receives thorough, compassionate support.
